The past couple of days roomers where spread that Dave v Reenen and his faction has won the court case against SARL. This is unfortunately for them not the case. Documents are attached from our Layers that clearly explains the situation. THEY HAVE NOT WON THE COURT CASE. They are prohibited to use the name South African Rugby League, they are not permitted to present them selves as the governing body of SARL., Dave is responsible for all the costs up to date, regarding the case.
I hope that this is clear to all and that we now understand where we are regarding the case. The final appearance in the Supreme Court should be within the next two months. I would like to appeal to the persons distributing documents that spreads a negative message to our members to refrain from doing so without first getting their facts right.
